If we are to be there 20 to 25 years and unless GWB gets elected for 5 or 6 terms, then future administrations will have to deem it necessary to be in the region....My hope is that the successes in the northern no fly zone relative to the rest of Iraq can translate throughout the whole of the country....Your assumption that a freed Iraq will not respond and flower gives little credit to the potential of the population....Let's hope you are wrong as usual.
