It's true. In fact I suspect that the French, Germans and Russians will not vote for a new U.N. resolution until they can be absolutely sure that my opinions are my own, and that they are not coerced by the President.

These countries know that a great many Muslim's rightly consider me to be a Caliph (a person rightly guided by God), or a Prophet.

I especially believe that the French are being true to the history of the French Revolution, and the liberation represented by Bastille Day. In my opinion, they will not support action against Saddam until they are certain of the veracity of my words.
