Instructions for subordinates of Iraqi District Commanders The first stage of the attack will be against your communications network, in order to cut your immediate commanders communications with Saddam. This will be your opportunity to signal your intentions to temporarily yield to coalition forces in order that they may remove Saddam from his position as an illegal dictator. Contact coalition forces on 40.5, 121.5 or 243 Mhz, to signal your intentions, and to ensure that you will not be needlessly harmed in a futile defense of Saddam. Subordinates may use the previously posted instructions posted for the field soldiers. I post these instructions out of sincere concern for the welfare of innocent Iraqi soldiers. Coalition forces have also read the instructions, and they too will follow them and safeguard Iraqi soldiers from Saddam's evil revenge. IC
