Why did Bush promise voters he'd ratify Kyoto then turn around and completely reject it once he was in office? Lesson learned: Next time Bush makes a promise don't believe it. Whether Kyoto is great or not-great is beside the point. You and I dont know enough science to judge it. The point is, Bush deliberately lied to voters. And has many times.
