AMAT may be announcing another round of headcount reduction. Business still is not showing any signs of
pick-up. Layoff may occur towards the last week of March
in the order of 10 to 15% of total headcount.
Hoping for the business pickup soon but my feeling is
it will not happen till early 2004.
