Republican Administrations have no lock on lying to Congress.... Where did you get that from? It wasn't in my post. They don't have a lock on eating corned beef and cabbage on St. Patrick's day either. The GOP has developed the fine art of pardons, suppressing Presidential papers, and the granting of immunity. That's where you folks excel. The policy of "containment" kills between 40,000 to 65,000 Iraqis oer year...almost all civilians and more than 2/3 of those being children.... The policy of "containment" isn't Iraq's policy. It's a US driven policy. So if you want to say that the US policy kills 40-65,000 Iraqis per year....who am I to argue. jttmab
