Max To the best of my understanding , The Clarke Group, is a US based conglomerate with interest in cement and other industrial mineral. they have been in conversations with WGO for sometime about the possibility of some sort of JV. It appears that they have the intention of building a micronizing plant for wollastonite in the Vancouver BC area. There have been several rumors about how the JV might be structured however to the best of my knowledge things are pretty much on hold at the moment waiting for some additional information gathering on the part of WGO. If I get any additional information I will let youn know. Warren
