Fareed Zakaria has a long piece in this week's Newsweek, some of which looks familiar and some looks old. I don't know whether all has been posted here before or only some. Thus, however, I think the best thing to do is to post a link and leave it at that.

It's the best summary and analysis I've seen from what I consider to be a centrist foreign policy stance toward the Bush diplomacy failures. If you haven't read it, I suggest it's a must read.
