Yes. 500k is being generous 500k is not the upper end in my opinion, if you are counting all the deaths. I figure its from close to 500k on the low end to over a million on the high end, maybe a couple of million if you really count everything and take the highest estimates for each situation. (I really doubt it is that high though) Everything I have read suggests over 500k is an exaggeration; anything over a million is a gross exaggeration. "Without stability in its Southeastern part, there can be no peace in Europe as a whole. Only if you define "peace in Europe as a whole" to mean no fighting or lack of stability anywhere in Europe.
