A predictably simplistic answer. As I remember the reply thanking me for telling you that San Marcos was the name of the fictional country in 'Bananas,' it's not a matter of attention that accounts for my having not seen your, er, "reply." You must have changed your reply during the 15 minute edit time period after I looked at it. Which is fine, of course.
