We're talking about the phony energy crisis gougings. Quit name-calling and pay attention to what you post. Davis was obviously a victim of a 20 billion dollar attack. You can blame him for something else but not that. And GOP governors are now suffering the same type deficits. In Texas a 10 billion deficit now, and they were the beneficiaries of the energy gougings. All part of the Bush economy he's diverted us from thinking too much about with the war.
