Again, we're talking about the energy crisis. Not discussing state expenditure. But if you want to, compare California to any other state and you'll find a similar problem now. Loss of jobs and revenues can no longer support the infrastructure of the booming 90's.

The whole economic system has crashed, and part of the reason is the Bush economic policies, and lack of attention he pays to these problems. States across the nation are in crisis. The only reason California's any worse than Texas, for instance, was the energy gougings. And you just cant blame that on Davis, sorry. Except for the fact the Bushies may have targeted him specifically to take him out of the 2004 elections. My friends in Houston state that was the Bushie plan. But also to help Bush into office in the first place and to steal tens of billions from you, me and everyone else.

Absolutely stunning at least 50 top energy execs are not in prison for this yet. Really an abortion of justice. Two execs however did commit suicide. The rest should have followed their lead.
