Alex, Thanks for your post, It appears our estimates are in agreement. RE your <....let us assume that (1) production tests prove positive (2) some contracts are signed, I don't see why the stock should not move into the teens and maybe the twenties.> This should occur well before yearend and I have posted my reasons why I expect $25 by then.

I also posted that I would be pleased with 50% of the $6.60/sh earnings capability I calculated for six production lines, that should be operational by Dec '98 with earnings reported the following quarter.

$3.30/sh earnings x a PE of 30 is $99/sh around the end of '98. Once again, we are in agreement- Anyone who predicted $60-$100/sh in a few months had to be somewhat optimistic!

I believe it was Don Wolanchuk who said that once Valence starts shipping these wonderful batteries, it should become a $60, $80, $100 stock. His prediction of 11000 for the Dow by yearend is getting closer!
