Here's what Iran, N. Korea, Syria, etc., will be convinced of, after watching ShockAndAwe in Iraq:

1. the U.S. is committed to serial Regime Change.
2. the U.S. has overwhelming superiority in conventional forces.
3. the only way to deter the U.S., is by having nuclear weapons.
4. Pakistan got away with it; so can we.
