I am an ex smoker also. The government has proven that trying to set social behavior through the tax code doesn't work and it aggravates me every time they try it again. NYC put some monster tax on cigs and created a new black market. Can't understand why they don't get it.

But in the end we all know that the only thing that truly matters to them is funding. If they received 100% or our income the SOB's would mandate that people take a second job I have no doubt.
