Although incomplete, lacking dates and sources, it may help with the Alcatel side. The comparable service rate is an interesting item.

I seem to remember Pat Mudge had a similar, complete spread sheet on the xDSL players which she posted previously. With the velocity of change in the xDSL markets expected over the next six months, particularly after GopperGold hits the streets, keeping the list up-to-date will be a substantial challenge.
