It is Erdogan, not "Erdagan". He got elected into the parliament just a week ago, after the "No" to the US, with an impressive majority. His party has very high support. He is not going anywhere for now.

Not really. Turks announced the 2003 budget after they said "no" to the US, and IMF said they were happy with it and that their support would continue.

I actually agree with this statement, although everything else in your post is wrong.

Not only did they turn their backs on USD 30 bn, but they lost the chance to have a say in how Iraq will be reconstituted after the invasion.
