If there was no misleading, then would you say that all those people who were polled and thought Iraqis were involved in 9/11 were complete morons?

Or could it be that there is such emphasis on Iraq building on people's fears of terrorism in the past 6 months or so that in people's minds Iraq and 9/11 are beginning to merge?
