1. The number (65,000)has been cited by those who oppose the war and the sanctions against Iraq. It is a reliable figure and if anything, probably understated... 2. I don't believe Iraq has nukes...just a desire to acquire them and some of the building blocks intended for that purpose....however, we won't know for sure until we take out Saddam. We have been wrong about his nuclear capability before....
