Hmmm- I don't think I'd be putting down cash based on prospects at Bacon Island.

May I ask a favor? Would you post the current bid/ask price on CWQ?
I find it cumbersome to get quotes on CWQ: I have to call my broker who in turn must call somebody and, presto, four hours later I may have the lastest quote as of four hours ago. Occasionally posting quotes, as people have been doing, may be of interest to lurkers.

P.S. Probably outside your baliwick, but FWIW I like a small bank down the road a piece from you that I learned of when I was staying in CA earlier this year: Professional Bank Corp (MDB). They focus on the medical community, and seemed to have "turned the corner" the past couple of quarters. I think I'm not going out on a limb to say MDB is less risky than CWQ! Perhaps Dr. Kagan may have some first hand knowledge of this bank?
