How stupid is Natalie Maines? Country music is the single largest segment in the music industry (rock is a bigger genre but it highly segmented). As a group, country music fans are probably the most homogenous market. It is also arguable that this market demographic overwhelmingly support GWB. If there is a Darwin award for the entertainment industry, they are nominees.
