Dear Kevin: Nothing arbitrary about a madman with Weapons of Doom. Bush is right, in the 21st Century we can NO LONGER wait and take the first hit. These terrorists are without a country, anyone can give them some training and weapons and send them off with no way of knowing where they came from. So far as Turkey is concerned, they are nearly 100% Muslim THAT was the reason and no other that they didnt give us landing rights. I understand we will have overflight rights though. Surprised you dont see how brilliant Pres. Bush is. jdn
