Amazon- my favorite It is interesting that one of your favorite companies is one of the 150 S&P companies that has been honest enough to admit that stock option compensation is an expense, and now expenses them on the income statement. Do you think Amazon, who has never even reported a profitable year, was running around saying, "Gee, I wonder if there are any more expenses we can make up to put on the income statement so we can report even bigger losses to shareholders?"
