Dumond reports GLIMMER RESOURCES INC. PRESS RELEASE Glimmer Resources has, at request of the Ontario Securities Commission, filed revised interim financial statements for the six months and nine months ended June 30, 2002, and September respectively. The interim financial statements have been amended to include interim statements, notes to the financial statements and comparative balance as of Dec. 31, 2001. No changes have been made to the bottom line numbers accounting treatment in the amended financial statements; only additional quarterly information, notes to financial statements have been added.
