Some conclusions that imo might well be drawn by members of the community of nations post-GWB's elective war.

~ It is folly to submit to an inspection/disarmament process because the possibility exists that some member of the sponsoring inspection/disarmament organization will, after the destruction of some part of your armaments, attack you, even if a majority of other sponsors opposes such action.

~ A very good thing to have is a nuclear arsenal, like North Korea's, to deter unfriendly behemoths.

~ And if you do have WMD, you should not concentrate them, but instead disperse them widely, sharing them with nations friendly to you and hostile to your adversaries.
