Experienced Chief Financial Officer Joins Senetek PLC

NAPA, Calif., March 17 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Senetek PLC (Nasdaq: SNTK - News), ( www.senetekplc.com ), a healthcare technologies company focused on developing and co-marketing products applicable to the anti-aging markets in key skin care/dermatologicals and sexual dysfunction categories worldwide, today announced the appointment of Brad Holsworth as Chief Financial Officer.

Mr. Holsworth has broad experience in accounting, finance, banking, tax planning and human resources management. Prior to departing for private industry in 1999, he spent sixteen years in public accounting, the last four as a partner, at BDO Seidman, where he was involved with audits, Securities & Exchange Commission reporting and compliance, merger and acquisition, financing advisory services and tax planning. He also was in charge of the local office recruiting, hiring and human resources management. While at BDO Seidman, Mr. Holsworth was Audit and Accounting Partner for the Senetek engagement for one year.

Subsequently, Mr. Holsworth served as Principal for Finance and Accounting of Bank of America Securities, where he was responsible for budgeting and forecasting for 10 business units and managed business line profitability methodologies. From 2000 until February 2003, he served as Chief Financial Officer of WideOrbit Inc. and Prescient Capital LLC, affiliated companies in the media software licensing and money management businesses, with responsibility for accounting, finance, tax and administration and extensive involvement in debt and equity financings. Mr. Holsworth earned a B.S. in Accounting from Santa Clara University, is a certified public accountant, and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants.
