the high tech business community supported Clinton heavily in 92 after 12 years of Reaganomics... they thought the republicans were allowing the Japanese to dump products below cost on the US and destroy industries, all in the name of "free markets" while Japan was closed. I suspect the dem candidate gets support from tech again this time, right on time for the next economic upcycle (when Bush gets ousted)
