My initial gut reaction is that this was a positive move for the company and should result in a higher share price given that they will be able to get rid losses in their core business. But one of the reasons why I invested in tfs is that they had the lcos. I have to wonder if this can be a successful enterprise being spun off in this manner? Is this a way to have their lcos business bought out and keep the rest of the business intact? Is it a short term benefit but long term detriment to tfs? I didn't get a chance to listen to the conference call(they don't make it easy for mac users to do this). Did they answer any of these questions(and more)there? Neal
