The point is if somebody doesn't like a country and thinks it's terrible, and thinks everywhere else is so grat, there aren't such huge bariers anymore to one living in the country of one's choice. That's all. UI never suggested people who disagree with a particluar policy should 'move'. Not in the least. 'do better' ? As in do as Chirac says, not as he does? c'mon, no country has to become like france. Whatever happend to 'diversity' ?
