You're an idiot.... I own Hewlett Packard and roundly criticize and vote against the huge compensation packages management is trying to vote in. I own and worked for IBM and am very critical of the 300 million dollars Gerstner took out of the company in the months before he retired...and btw, the pension fund is in trouble... What's the difference between Boxer's criticism and a stockholder's resolution..???? If you're looking for hypocracy, you've chosen a poor example...and you clearly can't defend your position.
