There are no legitimate reasons. There are many reasons to oust just about any leader- but the problem is that force does not equal legitimacy (except perhaps in your mind). I can think of several reasons to oust Bush- but I wouldn't support another country trying. Sovereign governments should not be removed at the whim of the US, or anyone else.
