Hello Elmat, We are on the eve of war. Your <<pizza>> scenario is less likely by the minutes counted down to the rain of first bombs. We are about to cross TPonRr, well on our way to TeoTwawki, via the time portal or the microwave oven.

I opened my manual for operation of the time portal, and I am confused:

(a) Cut taxes to better finance global perpetual war that promises to secure ever-lasting peace
(b) Print more fiat money in the hope to attract more fiat bond buyers
(c) Renege on Social Security promise so as to gain more faith in fiat promise
(d) Lower interest rate, and bidding up the price of bonds so as to defeat heralded global manufacturing efficiency achievements
(e) Put a spanner in the globalization gear works to defeat same heralded efficiency achievements
(f) Bull-doze the homes of others, not seeing protesting mothers and daughters through the periscope of a tank, so that others will acquiesce to the bull-dozing of more homes and dispersion of more families
(g) Liquidate more of own home equity so as to finance increased automobile usage
(h) Get more gasoline supplies from ever odder and more costly places to feed automotive usage all over the place cheaper
(i) Gold tradition is valued at less than QCOM promise

What is one to do? Follow the chanting crowds, gyrate as Maurice do, bop head round and round, and hope the untested machine deliver on the claim?

No. I sit tight and watch the crowds do as the crowds always do, crossing TPonRr on its way to TeoTwawKi.
