It's about the oil. Primarily. Not totally. In Houston they're gloating because they just stole huge Iraq oil contracts from the French.

But remember, what's good for Texas is not good for the rest of us. Which is the rest of us are doing so poorly with Texas running the country. Stands to reason.

So say our oil companies are better than yours is cocky-poop. We have no moral edge on the French. That we would now need to earn. And I dare say we will not. Although our fighting men and equipment are certainly much better.
