Just looks to me like Semi-Equipstocks took a bit of a breather and as I said before SVGI had some "weak Holders" ie. takeover speculators that are likely to be "non-price sensitive" when selling....ie. "GET ME OUT its going down!" No rumors in the PIT....in fact premium levels on the call options have come in pretty hard indicating more of an investor mentality than speculative....ie. I own the stock here at 31 and hell I'll let em have it at 35 in a month if it gets there by selling the Sept 35 calls for $2...if I get called away thats 20% in a month!!!! Jeez what am I stupid??? I'll do that all day long.... so they do. Sell the speculators the calls and buy the stock. Basically there are very few believers in the deal at this point...doesnt mean it wont happen!!! Just no whispering going on at the moment. DAK
