Civil wars and insurrections are fine- it is the choice of the citizenry to rise up- I just would never have my country intervene in a civil war. You are confusing the rights of an indigenous population to rise up and throw out their leaders, with external forces doing such things. Try to keep the issues straight, ok?

It is simply international law, that countries don't have the right to invade each other to replace leaders they don't like. Look it up.
