Today, perhaps (although I think you probably have underestimated the likelihood someone could do this). But that isn't the point; the point is, what is the likelihood 5 years, 10 years, or more into the future? Because of the development of new technologies these risks grow exponentially over time. It is foolish to ignore these technological advances.
