I'm no expert ,but I think it is more a ground swell that must come from stockholders.Then as it gains steam FASB should detail uniformity standards.

Then it will most likely be minimized and at least then under control from the stockholders perspective.

In the long run management MUST learn they are employees and stockholders are the owners.

If they want the benefits of ownership they must accumulate stock and not wash it out into the market like it is a paycheck for the 13th month of the year.

For my two cents worth that is how it is being doled out now.THIS IS A FORM OF PAY - It should be a form of investment - something that is accumulated with the knowledge of greater value in the future.

As it stands now in far too many companies it is supply that just cheapens the owners positions and values.
