That may be the best case for oil in the teens.

My guess is that our energy policy *and* our national security policy start to have some common components.

It is in our interests to have alternatives to oil as an energy source. Especially mideast oil. Though I haven't bought into any of the oil service companies, I have my eye on them for LTBH.

And then the fuel cells
