I agree with the general outline of your comments -- but I would not be in favor of forced selling, and I don't think many Palestinians would sell voluntarily. You cannot simply steal something and then offer to pay something for it. The sale must be voluntary. The settlers will scream about this -- but they are the ones who took the risk of building on stolen land.
