TEST MY THEORY, oh, please. My bro in law has a construction company; I've watched him clear stuff on my land in CA with bulldozers, backhoes. Certainly, it's possible the jerk on the bulldozer "accidentally" ran over the girl, but backing up took malice aforethought. Even YOU have to admit that.
