You may be surprised, but I agree with most of what you say. It is not, however, "counter to democratic principles" to continue to point out the failings of the system or the court. Does PROLIFE roll over and accept Roe v. Wade? Obviously not. One fundamental element of American democracy is to continue to speak out and work for change --as you point out. The issue here is an illegitimate election -- hence all that follows bears the taint.
