I believe that someone is accumulating the stock at 6 3/4. I had no problems filling large (over 1000 shares) orders at slightly above this level. 6 7/8 fills almost immediately (on adequate volume).

You may want to put a bid in at 6 13/16. I have had no luck in buying under 1000 shares at anything but the ask. Its good to finally see the spread settling down though.
