99.9% of short sellers in YHOO are losing their shirts is why YHOO is not yet over in the squeeze. With 50% of the shares outstanding being short, this stock hasn't even begun to pop! What do you think will happen when Joe-Normal comes home from work and see's that he's down 6 more additional points in his short sale. Can he afford to hold until $60? Or will he cover? Also, with so many shares being short, it is difficult for most brokerages now to find shares available for shorting so averaging up may be difficult for a short seller.
