Evidently Q1 wasn't profitable. This isn't so unusual for a company like ALYD. But in any case it would seem that they weren't required to file a 10-K, or obviously they would have done so.

Huh??? Montgomery issued a buy recommendation on PTUS, whose IPO they underwrote.
