I understand what you are saying, and you make your points in a nice way. I applaud you for that. I can't agree with you, because I don't like the process for this war. I support clearly defined procedures for eliminating other governments, no matter what the reason. There are many leaders as awful (or worse) than Saddam. We must (imo) make a cogent case for why this leader and why in this way. That case has not been made for the world- hence world opinion is against us. That case has not been made for me- hence I am against this action. Further, I don't agree that Saddam is as dangerous as you think he is. Considering the time that has elapsed since Kuwait (and even during that, he posed no danger to us) he hasn't done much. There are people who think Iraqis carried out 9/11- but i don't happen to be one of those people. I think 9/11 was an operation carried out by Saudis and financed primarily by Saudis.

But I do appreciate the way you bring your views to the table. I cannot agree with you, but I respect your style of repartee.
