That's nothing. My sister works for Verizon. They have a rule that every year AT LEAST 10% of all internal work must be outsourced to India. This, despite the fact that (she claims) they are spending more to fix the problems on the work they get back from India. They save on salaries and benefits in India, but lose on the back end.
I don't know if there is any way you can bring a lawsuit against something like that. Verizon would claim that the money they spend fixing problems would've been spent anyway fixing problems from US workers (though clearly not nearly as much, it's still a claim companies make).

At any rate...ORCL tops both license estimates and earnings...still falls. Gotta love this bear. I had bought ORCL futures last week at an average 11.60, dumped them this week at about 12.10. I've done nicely playing ORCL up and down. I'm thinking this will drop to about 11.70 and bounce back up as the rally stretches over the next few weeks.
