(NYSE:CUM - News) said it has postponed its annual meeting, set for April 1, because the company is still working with auditors to resolve an accounting issue. The Columbus, Indiana-based company had said Jan. 29 that it may need to make a noncash adjustment for the understatement of accounts payable from 1998 through 2002 of $30 million to $40 million.
