To answer some of my own questions about the financials of ALYD see wsrn.com and Edgar for the annual report (filed 7/18/97) for last FY and for the first quarter of this FY. Shares outstanding at the end of the first quarter = 14,531,614. edgar-online.com There was also a report filed 7/3/97 available at Edgar that describes recent history and notes: "expect positive cash flows for July 1997" and a $20,000,000 contract with SAIC started Dec 1996 plus another $3,000,000 contract started Feb 1997. The company was clearly experiencing cash flow problems, at least until recently.
