No, Verdad, I so not expect STEM to exceed GERN in terms of successful research or product. But STEM is a leader in stem cell research and has some major irons in the fire. It is likely to catch some of the updraft from this big GERN surge. GERN is also a major stem cell researcher, telomerase is just one of their specific types of research, and the one that has gotten the most press so far.
