BETA UPDATES, MARCH 18TH beta.siliconinvestor.com We've published a number of changes this afternoon. Thanks for your continuing feedback. Header We've reduced the vertical space of the header by about 15%. The "QuickLinks" on the upper right hand corner have been kicked up one font size. We ditched the name "MY SI" for those links. The Inbox Counter is now white, which stands out better against the dark blue background in the upper right-hand corner. Pages The white bold on dark gray font treatments have been changed to black bold on white background with a thin black line underneath. Visited links have a separate color as non-visited links now. Most pages now have titles (in the top of your browser for easier bookmarking). We've changed yellow buttons to system buttons on People/SubjectMarks. New Feature Under the "Hot Lists" sub-navigation, we've added two pages called "Top PeopleMarks" and "Top SubjectMarks". These pages are meant to substitute the adhoc lists produced on this thread from time to time. Here are the definitions: Top PeopleMarks: Silicon Investor members are ranked based on the number of people who have them bookmarked. People are only conunted if they have posted a message in the last 30 days. Lists are all-time and over the last thirty days. Top SubjectMarks: Silicon Investor subjects are ranked based on the number of people who have them bookmarked. Subjects are only counted if they have a message posted in the last 30 days. Bookmarks are only counted if the member has kept up to date with the subject. Lists are all-time and over the last thirty days. More To Come We plan to do another publish later in the week with more fixes and changes. We will likely send out a private message at the end of the week.
